The Rail-Mounted Robot manufactured by Weide's suppliers is specifically designed for tunnels, pipelines, and various industrial scenarios. This rail-based intelligent inspection robot operates on dedicated tracks and can complete various inspection tasks without the need for on-site human supervision. The body integrates multiple functional modules, allowing for clear capture of on-site details through high-definition imaging, precise control of various data through laser measurement, and adaptation to dim working environments through intelligent lighting. It is equipped with a stable drive system, enabling smooth operation and efficient work even in deep tunnels, enclosed pipelines, or complex industrial sites.

Unlike the cumbersome and high-risk nature of traditional manual inspections, this Rail-Mounted Robot can conduct all-weather, uninterrupted inspections. It can accurately identify various hidden defects and abnormal situations, and also avoid safety risks associated with personnel entering hazardous environments from the source. This significantly reduces the need for human resources while doubling the inspection efficiency and improving data accuracy. It provides a more convenient, safer, and more efficient solution for tunnel operation, pipeline maintenance, and industrial site inspections, meeting the actual needs of various complex inspection scenarios.


Safety Precautions

Operators must receive professional training, be familiar with the equipment operating procedures, safety precautions and relevant regulations, and master emergency response skills before operating the equipment. Minors, untrained personnel, intoxicated persons, and those suffering from excessive fatigue or physical discomfort are prohibited from operating the equipment. Operators shall wear proper protective gear including gloves, goggles and non-slip shoes during operation.

Before operation, conduct a thorough inspection of the working area and surrounding environment, and assess operational safety. Do not start operation if potential hazards exist, such as excessive obstacles excessive water depth, or excessive wind force. During operation, place warning signs around the working area and keep unauthorized personnel and pets away. Operators shall maintain a safe distance from the equipment, and are forbidden to approach rotating parts, electrical interfaces and other hazardous areas to avoid scratches or electric shock.

Overloaded operation is strictly prohibited. Install equipment and materials in strict accordance with the rated load of the chassis to prevent chassis structural damage, rollover and other safety accidents caused by overloading. It is forbidden to use the chassis to collide with or drag other objects, so as to avoid equipment damage and safety hazards. Carrying unauthorized personnel during water operation is prohibited to ensure operational safety.

In case of faults, abnormal noise, unstable operation, signal interruption, parameter abnormality and other anomalies during equipment operation, stop operation immediately, cut off the power supply and close the fuel switch. Troubleshoot the problem or contact after-sales maintenance. Forced continuous operation is strictly forbidden to prevent equipment damage and safety accidents. Stop operation immediately if meteorological conditions fail to meet requirements or unauthorized personnel enter the working area.

Use only the dedicated original charger for battery charging; non-specified chargers are prohibited to avoid battery short circuit, fire or explosion. Keep the charging environment well ventilated during charging, stay away from flammable and explosive materials, and do not cover the charger to prevent overheating. When refueling, avoid static electricity and keep away from fire sources. Refueling at the operation site is prohibited; close the fuel switch promptly after refueling.

When the equipment is out of use for a long time, store the battery, fuel and equipment properly in accordance with maintenance requirements. Place the equipment in a dry, ventilated, light-shielded and unoccupied indoor area, away from acid and alkaline substances. Before reuse, fully inspect the equipment condition as well as battery and fuel performance. Do not start the equipment until no abnormality is confirmed. Perform a short no-load test run before formal operation to check the equipment operating status.
